Solved

When I launch The Sims 4 the graphics are completely glitched

First of all I've had this problem since the start the month and I've tried several things and it doesn't resolve. Also it's the only game I'm having this problem currently.

I'm attaching 2 screencaptures of today, the DxDiag I did yesterday and the config.log that I have in The Sims 4 folder. If you need more information I will send as soon as you ask me for it.

Hope this problem can be solved and thanks in advance for your help.

  • RiaAlonso  Thanks for the dxdiag, and sorry for the late-ish reply.  Please update the driver for your dedicated graphics card.  You can get the newest driver here:

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/228342/intel-arc-a370m-graphics/downloads.html

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart after installing it and before trying to play.

As a side note, your D drive, or rather the partition of your drive labeled D, is very small and mostly full.  Is there a reason it exists at all?  Your C partition has plenty of free space, so you could move the little data on D back to C and remove the partition, thereby reverting back to the one drive and avoiding the possibility that whatever you're using D for overruns the space you've budgeted.
