@LittlexLadyx333 The cause of the Sims 4 crashes is a component of the Microsoft Text Services Framework, which other applications can use to help handle text input. Since it's a part of Windows, you can start by running a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
If you use a program that affects text input at all, even one that seems like it wouldn't have any effect on Sims 4, please shut it down while you play. Go through the Task Manager's background processes list as well to make sure there isn't some associated service still running.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

@LittlexLadyx333 Is the game still crashing? Have you disabled any programs or utilities that affect text input? If so, and that didn't help, please try playing in a clean boot:
The one service you should NOT disable is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run.
When you reboot, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down anything that doesn't absolutely need to be running, which basically means anything that doesn't belong to Microsoft, Intel, or Nvidia. (Dell itself produces some serious bloatware.) When in doubt, get rid of it; if you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.

Thank you so much for the support! I actually figured out the issue. I have an Alienware and while I had done my windows updates, I hadn't check the software updates for their programming. So I did those and now it's working. 🤭🙌
