LeonSkylerDarko Does the EA App say you don't own your packs, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? Or are your packs listed there but don't load in-game? These are two completely different issues.
They are all there in the EA add-ons but when i go to play it only has the basegame worlds and says in my saves that i do not own any packs. I tried the EA app again last night and it updated and after updating the game had all the packs but when i tried it again an hour later I am now back to it saying I don't own any packs
