Where do I find these bricks?

I've just found a kids' room in the Gallery that's been built out of what's obviously supposed to be Lego. The packs used, it says, are Parenthood, Kids' Room Stuff and Spa Day, all of which I own, but I have NEVER come across these bricks in my game - searching for '3x1 brick' comes up dry.
This is a screenshot of the room in my game, so you can obviously see it downloaded fine, and I can manipulate the bricks, but I cannot find them! If I'd known of their existence, I'd have used em to build an entire house!
Am I missing content ? If so, as appears to be the case, how do I get it? Screenshot attached.

I think I found them ... if I'm right they are not CC. Instead I think they are an enlarged version of the blocks that come with the Buildems Blocks Play Table found in the "Toys" section (the big Teddy Bear in Buy Mode)! 🙂 The person whose house you downloaded must have enlarged the playset! Hope this helps! 😉
