Where does my Ts4_DX9_x64 folder go?!

@JodieLarissa18  Delete the files you moved and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), which will restore the original copies.

In the middle of installing the game back, have deleted the files and uninstalled and installed EA back, will repair as soon as everything is back and will let you know, thank you for this!🙂

Just done everything as said and it is still doing the same thing, i am so confused☹️

@JodieLarissa18  You're getting a white screen when launching, or is there some other issue?  Let me know, and please also run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.

its like a white screen that switches from black to white then it will go all white, after about 30 seconds completely disappears and closes the sims, i have just ran the dxdiag i have attached:

I tried both steps, first unchecking the two options tried again, no luck

i changed my graphics to high performance with nvidia and it didnt work again.

BUT i tried power saving with Intel(R) and it WORKED! 
My games been crashing for months, this just saved me!

@JodieLarissa18  I'm glad that worked, but hopefully one of the other options works too and allows you to run Sims 4 on the Nvidia graphics card.  You'll get much better performance that way.

Still, it's great that you can play at all.

Oddly enough it doesnt seem to work on NVIDIA at all…

But at least it works for now.
