Which laptop is best for SIMS 4 game

Having said that, almost all gaming laptops have backlit keyboards; this is a question of whether the keys are individually lit so you can get the shifting RGB look you said you wanted.  If you were fine with single-color backlighting (and you could set it to change on some models), you'd have a lot more options, including a few cheaper than either of these.

ive been trying for months to save for Asus rog 18 but its over 1k and i just cant seem to save that much and the computer im on is getting worse the screen keeps going black and its becoming harder and harder to get it back so im thinking of going with a cheaper laptop cause i worry this one wont last much longer

How much money can you realistically spend?  I don't want to recommend something you're not going to be able to afford.  I will say though that laptops with keys that are backlit individually are almost exclusively more than $1,000 U.S., so if you want that, you may need to wait until Black Friday.  But if you're okay with a single color that isn't red, or that can change, you'll have more options.
