white bars flashing

I was playing sims 4 suddenly it closes out of full screen. and then I restart my computer. then everything seems fine until I click the game in and the game have glitch bars flashing rapidly on the main menu and even worse when I start playing. I also forgot to turn off my computer in hopes it would work so that may be one reason
