Arcadios_V​  Does the game run better in DirectX 9 mode?  You should see a DX9 box in the lower-right corner of the graphics settings page.

Other than that, I'm not sure how much I can help.  I have no hands-on experience with any flavor of Linux and rely on players' reports of issues and how they were fixed.  Given your description of the issue though, I might try a slightly older graphics driver.
