White loading screen, nothing loads
I am not super tech savvy... But I feel like I have tried everything I've read to do... Uninstall, new folder, repair, dx11, and more but still just stays on a white loading screen... I have nothing...

This isn't an EA issue, it's an HP gaming laptop issue. It doesn't happen on any other models.
ok, can you explain to me again what I need to do to step by step? from what was provided before all I have done is to uncheck those two boxes under settings the display category. Now what else do I need to do now? Thank you, I appreciate your help very much!
