RosanRam956 For one of the five options, yes, that's all you have to do. For two of the others, the post linked explains what to do. Night mode should be easy to find, but I can't tell you where it is because I don't have an HP laptop. If you don't see it, search in Windows, or google it.
As for disabling the iGPU, I would leave that for last if you're not comfortable doing this kind of thing on your own. It's not going to do any harm when applied correctly, but there are lots of other settings in the general vicinity that should not be messed with.
