1229574 Does the SAD method of creating a new folder involve adding anything to it? Because if so, please try again, but keep the folder clean, as in, no content added to it at all.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also let me know what OneDrive settings you changed.

I paused OneDrive sync for two hours and then tried to launch the game, to no success.
I don't know how to share my dxdiag.txt file. I saved it to my desktop exactly as you said but I do not have a paperclip icon on my toolbar and when I try to drag it into this box I get an error message saying "The File DxDiag.txt" is not allowed.
