WHITE SCREEN ON WORLD MAP

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Español
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Someones
What happens when the bug occurs? It remains with a white screen on the map
What do you expect to see? To access to a world, lot,etc..
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

Hey people

I have the update 1.63.134.1020 and when I load a new family, and go to the map, it remains in white all the time. What I can do?

PD: You refer to this?

    @Maik4467  Please repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

    If that doesn't help, please move your entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether you can start a new save and play for a bit.  Let me know either way.

    If you still get the white screen even in the clean folder, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

    But is If the world have been erased, 'cause all the options in the map appear, without the world and families

    @Maik4467  When you moved the Sims 4 folder, you moved your saves with it.  The saves are still intact in that folder, it's just that the game can't read them.  You can put them back later, once the game is working again.

    Please run that dxdiag and attach it to a post.  I'd like to see if there are any system issues to address.
