White screen won't launch
Can someone please help me. Yesterday I accidentally resized my Sims 4 window, turning off the full screen accidentally with a key on my keyboard.. I didn't think anything of it and closed the game....

0zwg2qumbdly Try deleting Options.ini in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
If that doesn't help, edit the new Options.ini that spawns to set fullscreen to 0 (zero).
If that doesn't help either, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
