Why does it say I don't have sims 4??
I was going to get the Christmas add-on to sims 4 today as it's free but the origin website says I don't own sims 4 on my laptop yet I do??

If you already own the Sims 4 and you cannot find it in your Game Library, you might be logged into a different account than the one that has The Sims 4 on it. Our customer support team will be able to locate the game for you and help you log in so you can get the Christmas add-on.
The support team can be contacted by clicking on the following link, selecting Sims 4 and choosing Missing Content.
- @marfea Hey! I had this problem too. all ya got to do is restart and open origin and it will update automaticly and say you have it 🙂
