why does my sims have stripes running across the screen

Question

i have tried for days&nbsp;and days to get these lines off of the sims gameplay screen. on mine the stripes are pink green and white. this is very annoying and i dont know for sure if it is a glitch. if anyoone can help me or give me any advice on how to fix it that would be helpful. if you have gone trough similar trhings please contact me here and leave a comment fherefore getting more people to help on this topic😢
