why isn't my sims 4 stranger Ville game pack downloading/loading?

I have that too. I bought it, and it says I have it, but ingame it says I need to download it. Nothing happens 😞
Check if you have the last update of Origin
Log out of Origin and then log in once more.
That should fix everything
