window can't find EA App

I am trying load or even uninstall the app as it has been suggested in other post have said but it keeps saying that windows can't find it.

have attached at screen shot of my desktop

any help would be great, was working fine on saturday

@greatgatsbgirl14 Please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), then restart your computer. Download a fresh copy of the EA App installer and run it. If you use a third-party antivirus, disable it before installing the App, and test the game once before reenabling it. If this works, you can set an exception for EADesktop.exe.

I'd also like to know what antivirus you use, for reference—you're the second person I've seen report this issue this week, so it would be good to know if a specific program is blocking or quarantining the App.

I'm having this error as well but when I install the Revo Uninstaller, the EA app isn't on there. Any other suggestions so I can get back to simming?

@karlajamie99 It sounds like the EA App isn't installed at all. Whether your antivirus removed it or something else happened, I don't know, but the next step is to reinstall it.

If you use a third-party antivirus, set an exception for EADesktop.exe after installing the App.
