Windows 11 - Sims 4 stuck on "launching game"

We're gathering info on this to launch an investigation, but before we can start that process we need some information from you all.

Have you already performed the basic steps like restarting your PC and repairing the game in the EA app?

Have you removed your mods and CC folders to see if the game launches without them? You can learn how by following the previous link and then clicking on Incompatible Mods/CC.
