Won't let me redeem codes on Sims 4

I first had brought the game last month and installed it that same night when I had gotten home. I havn't play with it in so long after that and when I finally decided to get back on. It had asked me to update Origin first. When I had updated it, all of my games was in this folder which was basically Sims 3 stuff but, my Sims 4 wasn't in that same folder. So It had asked to redeem the code that came with the game I bought, When I had entered it. It told me that This code has already been used.  I took it off and put it back on, it is still asking me to redeem the code and when I try to redeem it. It goes back to saying that this code has been used. I don't know what to do now, It seemed that when I had updated Origin, that is when this problem had started.


Can someone please help me with this game?? 😕mileysad:

    Did anyone find out how to solve this problem?? I can't believe no one even cares in so confused why would they (EA) team up with a company(ORIGIN)if they don't even want to take responsibility when something I sent right??I hate to rant but this is UNBELIEVABLE!! I literally cannot play my sims4 game! And I hope they don't think I'm going to buy it from them!

    Product codes can only be redeemed once. This means you need to access the Origin account on which the game was redeemed against.

    If you no longer remember the details then you can speak with a Game Advisor whom should be able to assist, use this custom link.
