Won't let me use product code again

If your game has "suddenly disappeared" and your code is already registered, you most likely are logged in with the wrong account. You may have several Origin accounts because you have your usual games on one, and are playing a Play 4 Free title on the other (NFS World, C&C Tiberium Alliances, etc.). Perhaps you've just used the wrong e-mail when purchasing your game. Try locating your account by searching for the purchase confirmation email in your various inboxes, and once located log back in with that e-mail address as the username. If you can't locate the e-mail, I suggest you try logging in with your various e-mails anyway: many people contacted me who had mistakenly deleted their purchase confirmation e-mail (not a good idea! 🙂 )
I only have the one account on Origin, and I all so bought the game in a store so no email of confirmation! Do you know how to fix this problem as I only bought the game a couple of months ago and not been able to play it now seem like a waste of money? Can you help me please? Thank you for your reply.

In this case I would recommend you contact our advisors and have them help you locate where your game is registered. I had a colleague look into your account, and there are no traces of the game ever having been registered to this specific account. Keep your product code handy for that, and note you'll have to prove account ownership. 🙂
To contact an advisor using the new EA Help page, please take the steps below:
Click the following link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/
Then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic. If it is an account issue that doesn't require Game Advisor assistance, you can click the Manage Account button.
On the next page you will see a bunch of articles, links to community fixes, and a manuals tab for the chosen game.
If the articles aren't relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.
Click this and you will be prompted to choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue at hand.
You will then have your options available, such as having a Live Chat with an advisor, or scheduling a callback if it is available in your region.
