I've tried multiple times but I am unable to even start the most recent update and I am unable to play the sims 4, is this happening to anyone ese or just me because I'm really confused and don't want to have to remove all my CC and mods just to try and figure out if it's any of them.
Hi guys, thank you for the responses, it turned out I just needed to restart my Laptop and leave it for a bit. I do not know what was happening last night but I am now able to update my Sims 4.

I can't even get mine to update it's really strange
this didnt work. any other options ? thank you
im having the same issue. My game updated and now im not able to play ts4. It wil launch but then shutdown w/o any messaging. I took out my mods folders, uninstalled and reinstalled and i still cant launch. Hopefully they fix it soon. smh
