Work system, poorly done. Bad jobs work done.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? The newest, whit robot costumes.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own all of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When sims should be able to get to work or aren't on there jobs. Like medical job and not seen there.
What happens when the bug occurs? You checked the tutorial and it, says that sims will go to work when, they should be able to job, but inn the real game they aren't doing so, they won't always go when they should go. And it still occurs when the sims aren't chosen, like a family. They just stop going to work. When not playing whit them.
What do you expect to see? That they are able to get to the work places. And will show it. On the meters for works done. And it won't get red corfert. (job icon)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Why won't they be able to work right, whit out players control off it.
It's almost no one working on the doctor or scientists or else where. On the game.
They should be able to think of their work "I miss my work place and want to work, I miss my colleagues and friends. " or "what a amazing experience, I just haved on job."
