    Is anyone still having issues with this ?

    The gallery is now back online and hopefully that should also solve this message

@sofieejag Same issue just now. Because I live in Australia, my only option is to email them and wait three days. I’m trying to access the Gallery. I shared a couple lots and now I’m blocked. I paid a lot for my games and had them since 2014. I hope this is fixed quickly!

    Have either of you tried to report the problem directly to the EA help on social media platforms? I just sent this problem thorough a private Message to EAHelp on Twitter and I have yet to hear back. Good to know that I am not the only one having this problem.

      I tried contacting EA support but there is none in Sweden anymore. So I was directed to Answer HQ here. I couldn't even choose to contact support (internationally) in any other way!
