Cannot change sims 1 language

I installed sims 1 and select Thai language when installed. But when i entered the game, the game still in English. Then, i try to change in game properties by switch to other language and change back to Thai. App install some language patch but the game still in English. Please help me!! How to change the game language!!! T^T
