I'm not sure exactly what the quest is called since I haven't been in the game in a while but it's one where I had to send the Knight to the Market to acquire something only I accidentally did it before that part of the quest and now it's not marking it as complete but an item isn't available anymore. I've read if you wait in-game 24 hours the market will reset itself but I haven't been back into the game to test to see if that's true.
