My product code for Sims 2 downloaded from Origin is not working what should I do?

Hi! I recently downloaded the Ultimate Collection (who could resist!) and I've had a problem with the startup of my game, as the game loads, I get asked to enter the registration code for Fun With Pets, something I have no idea about. Could someone please help me?

I have tried to instal and run the Sims 2 Ultimate collection I just got today through the promotion, but when ever I try the "product code" that is provided on the "game information" in the Origin interface. It keeps saying retry retry, then that it is invalid. I don't understand why it isnt working! I have copied and pasted. even added the spaces like the usual Sims product codes still nothing.... I would really love to play sims 2. I miss the old game ☹️

I had the same issue and now it's saying the code's reached its limit. Like, it's my code. It shouldn't have happened. I really want to play Sims 2

I downloaded the game from Origin.

Today I have downloaded and installed the Sims 2 and now I can't play it as when I press start button I need to enter the product key which I copy from the product information and it's not working. This dialog window appears again and again and I can't play this game.... Could you do something with it& Explain me how to use this code or give me another one?
