[The Sims Medieval] Origin won't redeem my code...

Question

I've recently gotten a new computer, and I've been able to re-redeem most of the codes of the games I own, except the Sims Medieval. When I put my digital rights code in for the Sims Medieval, it tells me that the code must be redeemed on the Sims 3 site. The Sims Medieval is a completely separate game from the Sims 3, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. The Sims 3 site doesn't even allow the proper format for my Medieval code--Origin has apparently directed me to a sight that will NOT redeem my code. This is frustrating and it's been going for a while. Origin should be able to redeem my code--it SHOULD redeem my code, especially since I bought t on Origin. If anyone has any insight or suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate them.

You game code should have 20 digits and that is the code format that you can redeem on this site.

@renfield40&nbsp; Clear your browser caches, and then go to https://store.thesims3.com/ (the Sims 3 store site).&nbsp; Login with your Origin credentials, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Register a Game.

It might also help to use a different browser.&nbsp; Neither Safari nor Chrome works very well with the store site.

I had a similar problem. I had to get a new computer when my old one crashed. I simply re-installed Origin. Once it was installed there is the option at the top to show you your games. Just click on the one you want to re-download and it will just download it for you, no codes required. Hope that helps you out!

Will try tonight thanks . I know that when I tried using chrome it loops and takes me back to login screen.
