Tracking permission does not appear in my game.

I am over 18 years old, using my personal iPad (10th generation),

and my Apple ID is not linked to any email.

I have already tried updating iOS, resetting privacy settings,

signing out/in of Apple ID, and reinstalling the game.

Please help me enable tracking.
