Sorry about that. Sims Freeplay. Ever since they’ve updated the game, the ads that pop up to assist with finishing long tasks, fail to load. It’s just a black screen with a spinning thing in the middle.

Ads are not loading properly since update. After so many actions, Osiris will come to finish a long task, but since the update when Osiris does come, all I get is a black screen with a spinning wheel. Forcing me to close out the whole game and restart.

I have noticed it too, especially when doing Simtown market

So this is not something that is only you. I've seen on other forums many players saying this.

I mean, it have always occurred for me, once a week or so, but the frequency of it for this update have tripled or quadrupled

This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

I doubt support can do much either but they will have better tools to find out why and perhaps remedy this than AHQ
