Bug in Eco Esplanade
In Restful Retreat the task is to remove 12 boxes but there are 13. As soon as 12 are removed, the task is marked as complete and the sim stops removing the 13th box. Now it is stuck there and I cannot remove it, as when I click on it, it just says this is scheduled for removal later in the renovation plan, but I am on day 10 and there is no task to remove it. I have seen some others on Reddit had this problem three years ago but they didn’t find a solution either and just stopped playing. Have tried contacting online support in the game but found it very frustrating. Replies once a day in the middle of the night and don’t seem to understand what I am saying. They said they can’t restore missing content (this isn’t missing content? More additional, unwanted content?) and offered a goodwill grant.
