Bug on one of The Sims House

This game keep force closed everytime I click on one of this Sims house. It said that some bug is causing the force stop. Detail as shown ln attached video.

Dear EA please solve this soon, since I've been contact / report it for almost 6 hours but no one from your company contact me and resolved it

me too! I'm having the same problem except for me it crashes whenever I try to enter the rocky heights: blossom estates house. I was on day 10 about to enter the zest zone when this started happening. now I've missed the development deadline and have to buy a deadline extension. this some bull****
