Bug report: Pet purchase limit stuck at two pets in each home

Hello, I am writing on this Forum because the issue blocking the purchase of more than 2 animals per household has not been resolved yet, despite hundreds of players reporting the problem both in the game chat and on social media. Apparently, the problem does not only affect Android systems but also iOS systems. Outdated and wrong automated responses are being given. A mini-update was released yesterday, but it is unclear what it was for because the problem persists and the crash occurring in the wardrobe section continues repeatedly. We know yours is a hard job, but at least a response would be appreciated to understand if you are trying to fix the bug.
