Bug with sims invisible

Hi Alessia, can't you select the sims and move them anywhere else?If you cannot select them you may try to quit the game and open it again (it always works for me XD). If they are still there I  would suggest you to contact support. Or you can always wait for more answers!  😃

As @Magenzia said, try restarting your game app. You could also try rebooting your device. If you have saved your game to the cloud recently then your can delete the app and reinstall it. Yes...i can't select the sims and move them anywhere. Thanks all but i tried how you said but it did't work. I deleted house and now buy other place for a new house.
