Cactus Cave house template

Hello! The Cactus Cave house template is missing after completing all tasks on time. The template is no where to be found. After completing the event, I received the house, bulldozed to build the completed house and the template was not there. An online search shows me that this has been an issue for a while. I’ve searched all templates and made sure my game is updated and have restarted my iPad. Please help recover the template.
