Canceling tasks

I play on an iPhone with IOS and  I’m working through the tasks at cactus cove, this morning at 7:24am est it said my task was complete so I clicked on my sim to go clear out the task and complete the day. Once the location loaded nothing happened. It said I didn’t complete the task and with only 13 mins left I couldn’t redo the task so I had to use social points. This has happened multiple times but this was the one time I know for a fact I did it and should have completed. I shouldn’t have to be spending my points to fix these mistakes! Please fix this and make this right! I spend too much money to deal with these glitches!!
