Can't doing another task
My sims keep doing this. I can't even doing another task. HELP

The following helped a friend of mine:
Close all apps completely.
Turn off the device.
Place it on a flat surface.
Turn on the device and open Sims FreePlay.
Information from an article on the Firemonkeys Help Center. Sadly that site isn’t accessible anymore. In the past I found a lot of helpful information there.
