Something happened with your download?

Two weeks ago I was updating my Sims FreePlay and then it kept on giving me a notification that said something happened with your download, it has stopped. So I uninstalled the game from my iphone and then I reinstalled it and then I have had trouble accessing the cloud. So the only option I have now is to restart the game from scratch or keep re-trying. It is so annoying because it keeps on saying download failure and it always stops on 95%. It can only download 601MB out of 627MB. I have enough storage on my iphone, I have great uncapped Wi-Fi and signal, I’ve even tried someone else’s Wi-Fi and mobile data. I have reinstalled the game multiple times and I have restarted my device several times. I am really upset that there is nothing I can do, so if you guys have any tips please let me know🫶🏻
