Claus for reunion bug

I was on the last one to get the cottage and it told me i ran out of time (which I didn’t cause it was a 14 min quest and i had 48 mins remaining), then it restarted for 4 more days, which wasn’t enough time to get everything done and support didn’t do anything. They took days to reply to every message and today they told me to put it here.
