Crafting Station seems to be stuck.

I'm having the same problem I've finished making candles but it won't let me collect them 

I’m having the same issue =( 

I have left my device off the whole night, changed WiFi connection, No vpn etc and nothing 

There seems to be a workaround

The new forum have some info from one user

Call over another sim and you can tap the stuck one

Not ideal but it seems to work for those who tried

Worth giving it a shot?

My sims is blocked. I sent it to craft candles, and it was supposed to be 21s, the sims waves to indicate the action is done since two days but I can not click, retrieve the candle and assign my sims to another task. 
the assistance system is really… original, in EA.

Sims are stuck at crafting stations. Unable to complete them.

All 4 of my candle making sims are stuck. They’re done with their task but I can’t click on them or move them. They’re like zombies.

Cleared up overnight for me.
