Try calling over another sim and then tap the waving stuck sim

This works for some, worth a try

there is strengh in numbers, contact support and add to the numbers

and while you are there, ask for compensation

Same thing happened to me- how can I solve it 

Just tried the calling over a sim an clicked on stuck sim an it worked 

So, yesterday I put my sim to make candles for the event going on, but for some reason today when I opened the app the character froze and I can’t make them do anything else and cannot collect the candles. Is it a bug? If so what do I do to stop it? 
(I’m on mobile btw)
