Hi, a few days ago till yesterday the game was working untill yesterday. The game kept crashing so I decided to reinstall it. I linked it to my EA account but it kept crashing at the “download extra content” part. It keeps saying there has been a mistake. When I tried reinstalling again and pressing to load a new game, it started crashing again, also at the download extra content part or sometimes it doesn’t even reach that stage and just goes out. I don’t know what to do.
I just downloaded the update tonight but then realized I needed a software update too for my phone. I now am having this same problem except for the downloading extra content. My game just crashes entirely. Tried everything, Wi-Fi reset, uninstalled reinstall, cleaning my cache. I’m pretty fed up.
I know how you feel I'm disabled and no money these big companies think everybody has latest tech the best equipment but I don't my tablet is few year old I can't afford another one with the cost of living I'm barley get buy these companies don't care everything I've played this game for years and enjoyed so all the things I was doing all the years I've played is going to be in limbo.
Yes, I totally understand! Why can’t they make a game without having so much issues. Ridiculous

Both my iPhone and app are updated with 56 GB of storage left and still getting same error
