Exactly what happened to me. Is there anyway to get it back??
So ive raised several spport tickets via the ingame help section but the replies were very unhelpful they just said no we cant restore your game, so then I asked to raise a complaint and suddenly they said they have now sent it to a team for investigation. However that was 4 days ago. Thing is two months of progression I lost included two purchases made with real money and after Googling my consumer rights it appears they have indeed breached them so ive sent another message to the asking them to pass onto the team investigating (if they even are and not just fobbing me off) a message that says the following which i got from citizens advise, note i added the part in brackets stating what happened : 'Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the digital content you sold me is faulty. [Your game crashed and will not load the correct content from the date of the crash and subsequent reinstall] and I would like you to fix it within a reasonable time.
Im hoping they listen and sort it because I can imaging im not the only one who paid real money and lost their purchases due to their game failure and they've probably made a mint if people dont complain and push it further, its not really about the game anymore, im more annoyed they've ripped me off.
