Hi all, When i try and buy items with my keys, the game throws me out completely. I’ve tried to contact support via online chat but that seems to have a problem as well. While chatting i’m getting half a screen so i can’t see what they are replying to. I’m using my ipad and all updates are complete. Any idea how i can speak to someone at support or fix this issue. thanks
So i just tried it again and it crashed out. I tried again and it worked. Hope that’s the issue resolved now.

Every time i go to use the epic simoleon box and open with keys, it throws my out the game completely. Cannot speak to anyone or get help as the chat app is half a screen so i cannot access it. Getting tired of the problems of this game now. Constantly having problems

My game does the same problem they need to get there act together it was out on mine for 9days now it’s back up but still problems so I feel what you are going thru also maybe they will wise up and that last update still had problems!!!!
