Daily Tasks reset

I've just logged in after midnight GMT and my daily tasks have reset before I've finished them. They only started at 10am GMT and nnormally reset at that time each day but its now giving me until midnight. Is this part of the new patch? Pretty disappointed as I wasn't aware of the time change.
