Discovery quest stuck
I have started the bus-y ride quest. It is telling me i need to add a new baby sim but i cannot without levelling up. i can’t level up without completing a discovery quest so i am now stuck and cannot move on.

ask a Sim to leave town to make room for a new sim/baby
tap the sim you want to leave, top right red circle with white rim and slash > yes, leave
