Downtown high school pig quest

Im up to the last task before I complete my pig quest - I can't remember the proper name of it, its for the downtown high school discovery quest - and i have to have 5 sims doing sports on the sports field which takes over 17hours. This is the 3rd time its making me complete it without recognizing my sims have finished twice already. Please fix 😭😭
