I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers (I use Edge)

Im playing on chromebook. Ive managed to get it working on my phone now but i miss the big screen ☹️
This is what I found on the Piunikaweb website. I didn't want to put a link as I wasn't sure if it was against the forum rules. There was a lot of good info about the error message from the tech support the last time this happened. To much to post here. Sorry.
Update 3 (February 11)06:50 pm : The Sims support said that they are working on a fix and compensation for players. However, they did not share any ETA for the same.
I haven't had a response from FM yet to my query about this issue which I raised last Thursday. Thanks for your info, it means I will keep waiting before I do anything drastic. Hopefully they will fix the bug soon.
