Hello all you frustrated Simmers. Good news, the download bug is fixed and you can get back into your game after a Google Play update -yay. I have done so and opened my game and thankfully all the content is there except for missing the live time event. As suggested in the info update, I have put in a request via FM to have my Hacienda Live Event Reward given as I had virtually completed it. Big thank you to everyone for various inputs keeping us updated and especially to the team at FM for fixing it. Now, let's get back to it!!!!
Did any one actually receive compensation for missed events? Cos I just got aired.
I'm still waiting for my in-house currency reimbursement. However, I have heard from them. Just waiting for them to give it to me.
Has anyone else gotten their reimbursement? I received an email saying they gave it to me and to restart my device to see them. Nothing was there. I emailed again but haven't heard anything. Just curious.
