I haven't been having issues with the game until I created and logged into my EA account.
They're saying 'Problem with Installation.' Something about an error for incomplete installation and I can't play the game.
This happened on the 25th of December. My device is Android. Redmi 15c.
I tried again today but it's not working.
'FAILED TO INSTALL' seems like a more appropriate title. And this started on the 25th of September, 2025. It happened this week. December was an error.
maybe do as the pop-up say and contact support at ea.help.com
this is a player to player forum (forums.ea.com) and as far as I know neither support nor devs frequent this forum regularly, just moderators and other players
