Extra large house template

only the community lots are extra large in Sim Springs

not sure which desert house you tried to build, not clear from your picture

I don´t think any lot have a basement streaching for the entirety of the lot

Do you have a picture of the preview compared to what was buildt?

I had to take photos with my phone because regular screen shots are too large.

none of your pictures, in the original post and the reply seem to show the area you are having an issue with

namely the basement

I had the same issue and got not help resolving it from EA or any other users. Your post is one of two others I have seen from anyone with the same issue. I got tired of waiting for a resolution so I deleted the rooms to take what I could from the build then demolished it. When I went to rebuild after the most recent update, the unfurnished home option for the XL lot was no longer an option, just a plain desert lot so I went with that and moved on.
